Raiders fall to Bethlehem Eagles

South Colonie Raiders fell behind early and couldn’t come back in a 14-9 loss to Bethlehem Eagles on Saturday

Despite the loss, South Colonie Raiders did collect four hits in the high-scoring affair. Unfortunately, Bethlehem Eagles had seven hits on the way to victory.

Veronica started the game for South Colonie Raiders. The hurler allowed five hits and nine runs over one and two-thirds innings, striking out three. Lauren threw two-thirds of an inning in relief.

Ava went 2-for-2 at the plate to lead South Colonie Raiders in hits. South Colonie Raiders tore up the base paths, as seven players stole at least two bases. Kate led the way with five.
